With this new job to be Steve Carell’s Photo Double (Michael Scott) on camera in a new The Office episode, Fred Vidal realizes a definitive BREAKTHROUGH for his Silent Acting FAREWELL TOUR announced on MySpace last Summer and in progress UNTIL DECEMBER 2008 (Fred will focus, after that, beginning January, on Speaking Roles for his productions and other productions). It’s his best acting experience of these last few months with One Week on the Set (by night) of Ron Howard (another friend on MySpace) for ANGELS AND DEMONS with Tom Hanks (DaVinci Code Part 2 but one told us  it’s the prequel).

• This is our VETERAN DAY WEEKEND article about the upcoming project of Fred Vidal, the PERIOD MOVIE: CASINO CLUB, to be shot in 2010 on the French Riviera, after a Hollywood Week of work on the set as the Photo Double of Steve Carell (not stand-in, photo double) and an Election Day with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, in Los Angeles (Fred was invited to be in the Governor’s entourage for the Press Conference regarding the California Proposition 11, after Mr. Schwarzenegger voted last Tuesday morning).

It’s a new Feature Film project for Nice, France (La Victorine Studios), already included in the GRASSROOTS 2 PROGRAM and the Official MODERNSCOPE INC List of Films (Press Communique) and a Homage to Charles Boyer, the magnifique French and American Hollywood Actor from the 1930’s to the 1970’s (Fred will look like him in the Movie, playing an ambitious actor dreaming to be the next Boyer in the Nice of the 1960’s and its huge and emblematic City Casino, closed in 1969, where Fred Vidal used to be every week when he was a kid, thanks to his Aunt, manager of the Casino’s Music Hall and Night Club).
