1. Press communique.

Parade Stormer will make Fred Vidal short film debut.

The company Parade Stormer based in Nashville and Frederic Vidal for Timeframes and Bramstocker are preparing two short films about the Presidential election. They are semi-fictional and must be shot before June 2016.

This is about Mike Fuller cultural candidacy. He’s the hero and alter ego of Frederic Vidal, part of the universe of Timeframes, started in 2005 in California. Mike and his soul mate Close Coopers are campaigning in a satirical and nicely controversial way.

In 15/16, first short film to be produced, Close is doing an interview of Mike for the press. In 17, the sequel, he’s talking to the TVs for the official announcement of his candidacy.

To be the partner of Mike Fuller, played by Frederic Vidal, Parade Stormer and Timeframes are looking for a new kind of Brigitte Bardot, in Hollywood and worldwide. The blond hair French actress of the 1960’s stays a great cinema icon and a sex symbol. References to her show how much the couple of actors and characters to build for the election story and film will be like a fairy tale.

The actress who will play the role will represent a ‘Red riding hood’ in Hollywood as her career will be upgraded and empowered by her participation to this production. It is Frederic Vidal who is French native and American since 2006 who will direct. The still very young Frederic, even at 56, is also a singer-songwriter since his punk band Bramstocker from 1977 before to be a screenwriter.

Parade Stormer prepares also with him the release of a solo debut album from Nashville. If the actress is musician it will definitely be a plus. The political candidacy of the films story was inspired to Frederic Vidal by Michel Colucci called Coluche. This French comedian decided to campaign for the Presidency in 1981.

More development will be organized if the first screenings of the shorts are successful and also the reaction of the press and the medias. The ambition is even to get an Academy Award of the best short film in 2017.

NETFLIX is scheduled to be the platform of streaming of the films. The wardrobe will be in Beverly Hills style. Frederic Vidal and Parade Stormer promote the program 48 HOUR FILM for everybody to realize a short in 2 days. Parade Stormer is also pre-producing the feature film Insemination.

Frederic Vidal as a social personality in the real campaign is preparing the creation of a nonprofit, AMERICAN CULTURE DEPARTMENT (ACD), to anticipate a Secretary of the Arts in the United States with a mission of education and exhibition of the minorities and underground culture in the Country, thanks to commercial sponsoring and support of music and cinema for a Web TV in a second time.

2. Strategy behind the films 15/16 and 17.

To participate in the Presidential election campaign
to promote cultural and social values of solidarity and liberalism
with a trendy Mass Medias lobbying.

The two shorts films are the evocation of something more important that can stay symbolical or will appear emblematic of a project of communication thanks to the mass medias for the American population:

a couple of candidates, not to be elected but to be selected to express some claims and demands like John Lennon and Yoko Ono did at the beginning of the 1970’s.

The United States have this problem to be a little too much disabled by poverty and exclusion (consequences of unemployment, foreclosures and bankruptcies) that the regular politicians and official candidates are not ready to solve because it is outside the federal routine of the Country’s management.

It’s about the daily life of the Americans, also regarding improving the knowledge and fame of culture that is a mix of the show business, the fashion industry and the young people to compensate otherwise it is only an industry.

With the support of the press, some commercial companies and mass medias, the couple formed by a new Brigitte Bardot improving her career with this social activity and the ‘President of another dimension’, Mike Fuller, a SciFi fantasy character explained in several screenplay projects by me, owner of this fictitious name, could do an American tour, this Summer and before, to promote their films and brands and represent as spokespersons all these cultural communities that would like to be more involved in the campaign of the Presidential election that is not inviting them usually enough or welcoming their sensibility.

Hello Sir:

I am a songwriter and a novelist for the cinema living in the United States as an immigrant and a French native. I was in Nashville, TN for the first time in 2015 and I stayed until now because I want to settle down in this city after almost 10 years in Los Angeles, CA.

POST-DOCTORAL SEMIOTICS about my Brands for Research & Development about UPDATING THE WEB.

I finished my University Years in 1999 in Paris when I got my Doctorate with a dissertation about the

Corporate Magazines French State Publishing. 16 years later, I keep in mind more than Semiotics, my PhD discipline

of the XXth century, Political Science inspiring me futurology too for the XXIst 100 years after 2000. I started my post-high school times

with the degree of the Paris IEP, Sciences Po, just after my BRAMSTOCKER Punk band Golf-Drouot legendary concert in 1977. Now, nothing new?

Not at all. On the contrary, like in 1977 and in a happier way (punk was sad and in a crisis), we are about to celebrate one more year of

Social Media even if the Social Media is not the Media Social. I have this project of a nonprofit in California to preconfigure a Secretary

of the Arts by creating a nationwide network, underground as alternate but also politically featured so mainstream, named AMERICAN CULTURE

DEPARTMENT (ACD) or AMERICAN DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE (ADC) in the next few weeks. It will be the structure and the organization dedicated to

the continuation and the achievement of my post-doctoral studies. I began them in 2003 with a conference at the UCLA Information Science

department about the future of the Internet. It’s still my subject and I want also to invite all folks attracted to join my ADC for same

purpose or equivalent. Secondly, regarding the content of my research or my researches, we must understand that I selected the entrepreneur

way of studies. I am not a Professor, not having a job at the University. I created my Limited Liability Company (LLC) in 2005, its name now

is TIMEFRAMES LLC and I have my main activity totally in RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT. People forget that companies, industry and services, are

investing a lot, each year, in research (complementary to the University and normally validated by it) and development of these researches

Four names with my brand TIMEFRAMES, my company’s name at the beginning. Four brands with my name BRAMSTOCKER, that was not a brand at the

beginning but the name of my band. Consequently, I have 6 brand names but in fact 4 are commercialized in 16 as man’s names (me) like Dior,

Cardin or Klein. I’m doing politics and there, in a disabled way until now, the Trump choice of the Republican Party shows it’s possible to

mix business and election without corruption (in their case, it needs a survey, regarding me, it’s already sure). You know my name that is

my main name, my ID, my Jewish legal name VIDAL, Frederic VIDAL. All is about names, marks, brands in business, commerce, market services.

So, with 3 other names of mine (fictitious names), I want you to be sure I will sale music and film on one hand and being US Presidential

I began when I settled down in America after 15 years of corporate job in Com management in France by doing

background acting in order to access Hollywood as I had no recommendation. I was disconnected with Hollywood, equivalent for music would

be Nashville. Not a lot later, in this environment of the movie and TV most prestigious sets, I started the writing of my first plot for the

big screen, FRENCH COP. I developed the film on the Web from 2006 by networking on Myspace, then on Facebook, Linked and Twitter of course.

in the good and right direction, the one of progress and modernization. It’s necessary, the contrary would be decadence, to go back to radio

only, for example, IT’S NOT POSSIBLE, not at all possible. I am, to a great extend, a disciple of Marshall McLuhan, a formidable Canadian

theorician of the Mass Medias, a notion post-World War II when Television was not anymore an invention but a buddy of the Frigidaire in your

house. According to McLuhan in the 60’s until now, he passed away too young after this decade, it’s a real kingdom, a hegemony of TV, its

leadership that we must acknowledge. Marshall wanted this concept ‘Marconi Galaxy’ to explain and express why Television changed the world.

Ubiquity, Global Village: nothing was the same, like 50 years later for the World Wide Web in 2000, with this SMALL SCREEN invasion of our

of our communication. Like today with the cell phones, everybody on Earth, or partly except the third world, was connected receiving live

news images with sounds. Ancestor of the Internet? Frankly speaking, McLuhan like Washington for the creation of the United States told us

a basic rule of our civilization: before TV, THE PRESS and only was the FORMAT of our info diffusion, news communication. Written press,

printed one was A MASSIVE CULTURAL AND SOCIAL REALITY without competitor (even radio or phone). Concept-name for it is ‘Gutenberg Galaxy’

and this empire of printed media stays strong even secondary at a time when I consider Marconi Galaxy obsolete concept, TV not anymore media

time. I propose the concept of MCLUHAN GALAXY to qualify the Internet era of domination of the Web that is theorical and must be understood

for the future but very short term future like tomorrow, a permanent tomorrow – web is called new media – as this new technology is not used

by everybody like newspapers and TVs. Second concept I propose: the INTERVISION to mean the Internet next step, progression, innovation like

On the Web, everybody has one alias, pseudonym, aka, username. It is necessary to access social media site and to communicate shortly, a

technical necessity like the password. It’s also a cultural particularity to have a sort of nickname, alternate name for entertainment, most

of the time. It gave me the idea to divide my activity in separate areas (music, movie, politics, social) with different names. Writing

movies, fictions with characters, I also used fictional names to represent heroes and their relations in these plays. Mixed with the logics

of my LLC company, these complementary names became possible brands and now are, organized to belong to the different fields of the Inter-

vision. My MUSIC’s name: Fred KELLY. My Movie’s name: Thomas SPEARS. My Politics name: Mike FULLER. My SOCIAL’s name: Frederic VIDAL. The

4 brand new names are free to participate in semi-fictional stories to write, to film, to develop commercially. So, TIMEFRAMES LLC manage my

career and basically our main activity is what I am doing, my image, my message, my concept an strategy, MY OWN STORY. Merchandising of me

Mike Fuller alias me in our dimension that real Mike calls USB is in Desmoines, Iowa for a special interview, 2 months before the caucuses, with a charming woman who is a freelance journalist but very concerned by Fuller future.

Part 1. Where did you live before?

I was a homeowner in Hollywoodland, at 6218 Rockcliff Drive, Los Angeles, from 2006, but I was threatened by a foreclosure that I could cancel August 16, 2010, I’m still very proud of it, but later in December 2011, my co-owner and previous wife proposed me to accept a short sale and I wrongly validated it. Now, I would like my house to be back to me.
From July 2011 to October 2015, I was in France after the death of my old aunt, to occupy her apartment in Nice, 10, avenue Notre-Dame. I had difficulties to have the property at my name and some hostility of the population.
Since I am back in America mid-October, unfortunately I was first a client of rescue missions in Washington and in Nashville as I did not get new friends and socialized not a lot. I hope it won’t last and it already ended with a more stable life as a filmmaker and politician able to organize myself with more context help.
I demanded to the FBI, already in 2010 and again now, to investigate why it did not work for me in the 2000’s. With my film project FRENCH COP, my membership SAG-AFTRA (with the name Fred Kelly), creation of my society TIMEFRAMES LLC, being at the Republican Party and at the Rotary, normally it would not have been so difficult to start a good career, for me it was so hard that I focused only on the Internet to share my ideas. I was already a ‘star’ with BRAMSTOCKER, my emblematic punk band from the 70’s so connected to the rock but not included in the show biz. Maybe it explains partly.

Part 2. Why have you this problem of notoriety?

Frankly speaking, I suppose that the NSA, National Security Agency, must consider me very bad and suspect, warning until now, all around me, the people they have to take care about me regarding some possible dangers to be in touch with me. They probably think I am subversive or even a kind of dissident (like Lennon?), mainly because my writings on the Web appear weird for them, I think. I don’t understand why, I always was a patriot, year after year, and if I want reforms and changes, it is to improve and reinforce our Country, not the contrary.
The worst is to imagine that possibly the NSA is secretly believing in something that could be a IIIrd Reich (the Nazi regime in Germany in the 1930’s until 1945) origin and activity of mine. This is totally ridiculous but, I suppose, based on a study of my European family and my birth in 1959. Consequently, I wrote the subject of the GERMAN SPY to show I manage this universe of the swastika in a way that is anti-Nazi and not at all pro-German. A little isolated, not authorized in the mass Medias, I am waiting for a rehabilitation of my file as soon as possible thanks to the journalists, the public opinion and themselves.

Part 3. What did you do to compensate?

I prepared my strategy in September before to leave Europe, October 16. I have a program of 16 propositions organized around 4 main propositions (War Marketing, Presidential Power, IVth Reich and USA versus USB) to be creative in the Presidential campaign, more social and prospective oriented than the mainstream candidates. Also, I decided to perform in Nashville, TN the 12 songs I composed last summer for the soundtrack of the GERMAN SPY and the album ‘President of the States’. This unique concert, for Thanksgiving’s eve, is rich of sense to express to the Midwest a message of culture and grassroots with the promotion of my political name Mike Fuller to compensate that the GERMAN SPY project did not attract enough professionals at the Cannes Film Festival in May. So less fictional name Thomas Spears about me, call me Fuller only.
For that, the Homeland Security always was at my side improving a lot my presence in the United States in 2006, confirming me as US citizen with my naturalization. Afterwards, I had never a problem with them and I did my best to be an exemplary immigrant with the definitive difficulty I never found a woman to accept to be with me. Probably, the cause is my bad (and wrong) security and ideology file if I appear as a Sheen-Snowden for the NSA, it must have consequences in the population.

Part 4. How to become next President?

I have the feeling I can be very popular in the troops, US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, National Guard and Coast Guard, as I am a new American, conservative and for reforms, including an amendment of the Constitution to improve the participation of the minorities in the institutions. It would be a really good first network nationwide as military have families and serious population committed to empower candidacies bringing progress and upgrading the nation.
To become President, I must first become candidate officially meaning being in the polls like the other main candidates that were in November 10 Republicans and 3 Democrats. For that, I know it can happen thanks to this short film 15/16, its filming in December and its diffusion in January, it’s a piece of art but also a promotion tool, it’s semi-fictional mixing novelism and auto-biography.

Part 5. When will you succeed?

I will succeed in January 2017 by being in charge of the Presidency if I can. It will be with the Judge if there is a contestation of the election or if the present contestation, that I cannot be a regular candidate, continues. I am anyway an extraordinary candidate and I will never stop preparing for the Americans 4 years of improvement of their daily life and permanent environment for a mandate of victory shared and celebrated.
It looks like my partly active isolation will finish by a lawsuit, organizations, populations and sometimes even personalities wanting too much to follow the recommendations of the authorities, and I hope it will be a secondary subject as I will succeed to prevail by the quality of my talent, not the motivation of my lawyers.
