To finish my stay in Nashville, Tennessee, I will conclude next week beginning at midnight, from Monday December 7 a partnership deal with a local company, local by its Nashville location but worldwide, global by its business: COUNTRY MUSIC.

TIMEFRAMES LLC, my own company located in Los Angeles, California, has 2 short term projects of production to finance and organize:

• the short film 15/16, a new format (web + medias) first movie for a new vision about politics and entertainment connected to the Presidential election ;
•  the album President of the States by BRAMSTOCKER, 12 songs of 2015 by the 1977 conceptual punk band that was refused in France at that time.

The Joint Venture between my LLC and the local enterprise would be excellent for California and Tennessee to be together Los Angeles and Nashville with the franchise of TIMEFRAMES including many characters like the German Spy, the French Cop, the Velvet Eyes and even the group Bramstocker. The deal would be general welcoming the company of Nashville to the movie industry to share the benefits in a second time.

For the distribution of these 2 discs (DVD and CD) and their diffusion on the air (TV and radio), Frederic Vidal, President and CEO of TIMEFRAMES LLC has decided to propose to COMCAST NBC UNIVERSAL and UNIVERSAL Music to sign together.

Hello Presidents:

I am back in America after 4 years in Europe, in my hometown, Nice on the French Riviera. I arrived on the East Coast, October 16 for a visit of Baltimore, Maryland and a first press release regarding my campaign. You don’t know maybe that I am a freelance Presidential candidate for the 2016 election and I do my best to be validated by the press and the authorities to represent movie and music industries in the campaign, and also social activities like unions and non profits. The fact I feel I have too much personal enemies in Hollywood can be pertinent for you to know in order to help me to control this context.

I began as an immigrant in February 2003, first on the West Coast in Pacific Palisades, then in Mount Washington, Los Angeles where I was lucky to become homeowner thanks to my American wife. Now that I am divorced, I am totally devastated to acknowledge that there is so much individualism in the United States and no solidarity at all. For instance, here in Nashville where I am writing you this message, unfortunately from the Nashville Rescue Mission, my sad but provisory residence, sad but necessary for all these homeless people that I want to continue to support and entertain all my career by financing this rescue mission and others in the US (gospel mission).

After Mount Washington, I relocated with Candice in Hollywoodland and there with my LLC created in 2005, I began to write a project of script: FRENCH COP that is still in waiting as I did not succeed to meet interesting people for my film after I joined Screen Actors Guild in 2005. This time I want the contrary when I will arrive in Los Angeles, normally in one week. This time I cannot be defeated by miscommunication, mistakes of destiny or boycotts and blacklisting (here in Nashville, I have the feeling I am negatively well know of my Punk Rock of 1977 and my web fame for a result of less contacts and conversations). I don’t understand that, it must be because I am a French native and the authorities possibly too don’t like my candidacy or my indie style.

What is the most important for me right now is to tell you that I am preparing a short film titled 15/16, Mike Fuller Q & A, for a production very fast, mid-December (one week of filming in Iowa) and a diffusion starting in January included in the political campaign of the caucuses. This film is all about futuristic political fiction and I am sure you will like it a lot, as we need a new wave that I call a cold wave of new propositions regarding Washington and the Power in America.

I just wrote and sent to Mrs. Hillary Clinton a nice letter demanding her to do something in order to stop the press embargo that prevent me to be published in the newspapers and diffused on TV and radio. I think it will be useful and today, the day after Thanksgiving, I want to propose you to contribute to the solution to my problems:

– in Hollywoodland, in 2011 I have been obliged to accept the short sale of my house, at 6218 Rockcliff Drive, CA 90068 after a tragedy of 5 years below the Hollywood Sign. I can give you a lot more details if necessary butr what is important is that the house was accused by a buyer who is a SAG actor to be toxic, I find that disgusting, and criticized that way nobody else could do an offer, with a so bad reputation for the building. Meanwhile, Hollywood, major and indie companies proposed me nothing as an actor, a screenwriter, a director or a producer. I can do all these jobs but I checked there was a kind of blackout around me. The same was obvious for the girls, no actress to accept a dating with me, on the contrary, bad episodes of rejection, I don’t find that correct.

I was not lucky but I am still there, a lot are dead, some resigned for a Midwest retirement, thousands and thousands of victims stop their career, I am still here and I am going to win. We understand why it’s so difficult: money. It is a business, I mean movie, with a possible box office that is huge amount of money, too fascinating sometimes but so attractive that it can create a too tough competition. So I would like you to make a little investigation about what could be wrong between me and your members. I will contact you when I am on location but already now I can imagine that there is a network refusing my art and career, for personal and business reasons. The goal is to neutralize them, to neutralize bad buzz about me, to improve my image that was weak in the 2000’s.

I start a cultural campaign connected to politics and the Presidential election in order to create some positive pressure for the politicians.

I want to tell you that I decided to share with you my goal that is clear and definitive and can be explained like this:

to get what we did not get in 2008-2009, meaning a Secretary of the Arts, that we can also call a Culture Department, not existing until now, there was a great movement for its creation when Barack Obama arrived at the Presidency, unfortunately nothing followed. In our super Country, it is not possible anymore not to have in DC an administration to represent us. I will propose a sponsored administration and decentralized indifferent States of the Union like Nashville for the music.

Otherwise, I don’t want to be pessimistic or optimistic, I have a film to do, other options are secondary. This film is about the principle of my candidacy and to promote it but as I have no support and no organization, it is not bad propaganda at all. My main problem is with the press, so I sent a letter to Hillary Clinton to get her recommendation because she is so huge, she can help little candidates. Before to conclude this long email letter I will publish on my blog, I want to share also with you the interesting structure of the short film I have to produce.

The story is about me being interviewed by a young lady that is not a journalist. But it’s not really a documentary because we can say it is 75% about reality and 25%  about fiction, semi-fictional

1. Who?

Who am I? A rock icon, I began teen in France with my band BRAMSTOCKER and still now playing 12 new songs in Nashville.

Also, I am a homeowner without a home, right now. I cancelled the foreclosure of my house (that I call 6218) in 2010 but I signed its short sale in December 2011.

I am also playing in my scifi stories, the lawyer and representative of the other dimension they call USA, calling us USB, President, Mike Fuller.

2. What?

What am I doing here for this interview? Good propaganda. We could see with Joseph Goebbels during Hitler (his minister of propaganda) that ‘Communication can kill’, communication can also give more energy to the people.

I think this short film has the format of ‘Webisode‘ for the Internet and consequently, it’s a product for our new medias but to be available also for TV and more. But it’s really a film meaning a movie totally with an artistic vocation to participate in festivals eventually.

3. Where?

We are in Desmoines, Iowa, the location of the first vote for the primaries, it will be February 1st, 2016. This is a place that is symbolically very important.

But I have in mind Nashville, Tennessee, I’m a musician, where I was located in November to propose the concept of ‘First State’ that can be the crucial one, depending on the matter, obviously important anytime.

4. When?

15/16: fifteen sixteen, title of this movie means, first, the University Year, from September to June, including 2 regular years.

When can I succeed to be more than a part of the background of the Presidential election. If this film attracts the population, if there is a favorable opinion but it will be delayed. I was not at all in the circus of the autumn for the Republicans. So, I have no chance before March to be featured strongly. Then, there is the Super Tuesday, I imagine a Super Monday for me in the medias then my transfer among the candidates. Conviction is always good, without daydreaming obviously.

5. How?

The mode of a Q & A is perfect to forget nothing and to explain all the details. By developing my 25 propositions that represent new ideas, modernity about social affairs before all. War marketing, Presidential Power, USAvs USB and IVth Reich, empowerment for the LGBT, more regulation pro-weed, punk promotion, porn rehabilitation. Then locomotive of my program: CULTURE DEPARTMENT. What Hillary would do with this project? This is not to control arts, could be device for totalitarism like Goebbels. It can also be power for emancipation, monitoring and help to networking for cultural minorities, alternate, underground expressions.

Mike Fuller alias me in our dimension that real Mike calls USB is in Desmoines, Iowa for a special interview, 2 months before the caucuses, with a charming woman who is a freelance journalist but very concerned by Fuller future.

Part 1. Where did you live before?

I was a homeowner in Hollywoodland, at 6218 Rockcliff Drive, Los Angeles, from 2006, but I was threatened by a foreclosure that I could cancel August 16, 2010, I’m still very proud of it, but later in December 2011, my co-owner and previous wife proposed me to accept a short sale and I wrongly validated it. Now, I would like my house to be back to me.
From July 2011 to October 2015, I was in France after the death of my old aunt, to occupy her apartment in Nice, 10, avenue Notre-Dame. I had difficulties to have the property at my name and some hostility of the population.
Since I am back in America mid-October, unfortunately I was first a client of rescue missions in Washington and in Nashville as I did not get new friends and socialized not a lot. I hope it won’t last and it already ended with a more stable life as a filmmaker and politician able to organize myself with more context help.
I demanded to the FBI, already in 2010 and again now, to investigate why it did not work for me in the 2000’s. With my film project FRENCH COP, my membership SAG-AFTRA (with the name Fred Kelly), creation of my society TIMEFRAMES LLC, being at the Republican Party and at the Rotary, normally it would not have been so difficult to start a good career, for me it was so hard that I focused only on the Internet to share my ideas. I was already a ‘star’ with BRAMSTOCKER, my emblematic punk band from the 70’s so connected to the rock but not included in the show biz. Maybe it explains partly.

Part 2. Why have you this problem of notoriety?

Frankly speaking, I suppose that the NSA, National Security Agency, must consider me very bad and suspect, warning until now, all around me, the people they have to take care about me regarding some possible dangers to be in touch with me. They probably think I am subversive or even a kind of dissident (like Lennon?), mainly because my writings on the Web appear weird for them, I think. I don’t understand why, I always was a patriot, year after year, and if I want reforms and changes, it is to improve and reinforce our Country, not the contrary.
The worst is to imagine that possibly the NSA is secretly believing in something that could be a IIIrd Reich (the Nazi regime in Germany in the 1930’s until 1945) origin and activity of mine. This is totally ridiculous but, I suppose, based on a study of my European family and my birth in 1959. Consequently, I wrote the subject of the GERMAN SPY to show I manage this universe of the swastika in a way that is anti-Nazi and not at all pro-German. A little isolated, not authorized in the mass Medias, I am waiting for a rehabilitation of my file as soon as possible thanks to the journalists, the public opinion and themselves.

Part 3. What did you do to compensate?

I prepared my strategy in September before to leave Europe, October 16. I have a program of 16 propositions organized around 4 main propositions (War Marketing, Presidential Power, IVth Reich and USA versus USB) to be creative in the Presidential campaign, more social and prospective oriented than the mainstream candidates. Also, I decided to perform in Nashville, TN the 12 songs I composed last summer for the soundtrack of the GERMAN SPY and the album ‘President of the States’. This unique concert, for Thanksgiving’s eve, is rich of sense to express to the Midwest a message of culture and grassroots with the promotion of my political name Mike Fuller to compensate that the GERMAN SPY project did not attract enough professionals at the Cannes Film Festival in May. So less fictional name Thomas Spears about me, call me Fuller only.
For that, the Homeland Security always was at my side improving a lot my presence in the United States in 2006, confirming me as US citizen with my naturalization. Afterwards, I had never a problem with them and I did my best to be an exemplary immigrant with the definitive difficulty I never found a woman to accept to be with me. Probably, the cause is my bad (and wrong) security and ideology file if I appear as a Sheen-Snowden for the NSA, it must have consequences in the population.

Part 4. How to become next President?

I have the feeling I can be very popular in the troops, US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, National Guard and Coast Guard, as I am a new American, conservative and for reforms, including an amendment of the Constitution to improve the participation of the minorities in the institutions. It would be a really good first network nationwide as military have families and serious population committed to empower candidacies bringing progress and upgrading the nation.
To become President, I must first become candidate officially meaning being in the polls like the other main candidates that were in November 10 Republicans and 3 Democrats. For that, I know it can happen thanks to this short film 15/16, its filming in December and its diffusion in January, it’s a piece of art but also a promotion tool, it’s semi-fictional mixing novelism and auto-biography.

Part 5. When will you succeed?

I will succeed in January 2017 by being in charge of the Presidency if I can. It will be with the Judge if there is a contestation of the election or if the present contestation, that I cannot be a regular candidate, continues. I am anyway an extraordinary candidate and I will never stop preparing for the Americans 4 years of improvement of their daily life and permanent environment for a mandate of victory shared and celebrated.
It looks like my partly active isolation will finish by a lawsuit, organizations, populations and sometimes even personalities wanting too much to follow the recommendations of the authorities, and I hope it will be a secondary subject as I will succeed to prevail by the quality of my talent, not the motivation of my lawyers.

The United States destroyed my career in 2007 like Alqaida destroyed the Twin Towers in 2001. It’s alone or almost that I celebrated my birthday, September 10, 2007, devastated by the destruction of my project of family and my proposition of film. Everywhere, anger against terrorism increased and war started in 2003, two years later against Alqaida in Iraq and Afghanistan. 12 years later, WW III is a concept that can express struggles and fights against the United States on the Web and outside and counter-attacks by us to have the Web safe and the world united as nations are not immortals.

d. No bad propaganda.

Propaganda was a positive word in the 30’s then after war a very bad solution to impose a candidate. Now, we can use it on NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, CNN are a little propaganda of Clinton and Obama. Who likes it? So let’s do the same on the half-contrary, with brainstorming and management by evaluation: 4 steps for new dialectics.

2. PRESIDENTIAL POWER.

Membership is everything to improve democracy.

a. Timeframes (Hollywood 2).

Forget Hollywood, they are rich insiders of an industry that don’t represent the Nation but the ideology, that is disappointing since the 1920’s, the contrary of a timeframe, corruption, the price of a film. Let check who pays the bill.

b. UFOs to build?

NASA never had for mission to build UFOs. For the US Air Force, it’s not clear. We would need planes without wings for the 2025’s if Sci Fi is right, promoting amazing ships by hundreds. There is a lot to win: new road of the space to join far away planet like Earth, for a new chance.

c. New GOP with Democrats. 

Democrats can be attracted by the Republicans when they propose something strong and creative. This is the case with the Presidential Power, a structure of expression and electoral promotion of Mike Fuller across the 50 States. To have together a lot of GOP2 supporters and 25% of voters of the Democrats selecting us to improve their personal political participation in 2015 and 16 if not Clinton.

d. Supreme Being,

There is upon us an entity. That is also important in politics. Spirituality is about meditating globally. There must be a human kind with no crime about girls refused to some men. Same point is crucial in politics, everybody campaigning with Primary.

3. IVTH REICH.

No more sanctuary. To prevent IIIrd Reich comeback.

a. Multipartism.

Only 2 parties is like unique party 50%. Reality of parlementarism in regular democracies is several at the left and the right with different opinions and origins.

b. Anti-Nazism.

Josef Goebbels was the fascinating, for a lot, looking young hero of Nazism promotion but his partners were too restless. Now to be sure, it’s only past we must control that any risk of Nazism is cancelled by role plays and board games to identify excessive totalitarism.

George Clooney could be with Barack Obama at the center of a traffic of actresses regarding the best parts in top movies. This Human Trafficking would also prevent the ladies to chose their boyfriend, husband freely. FBI is obviously next to investigate before McCarthy 2 commission: previously, you were wrong if you supported Stalin, now it is if you hate too much Putin.

Books that criticize are not a lot. We are in a time of self-satisfaction and emotion that is not enough. Governance is a system of management of companies that could inspire Public Authorities, contrary of private conspiracies with Army to join entrepreneurs and politicians: to govern with the people.

Fleur Pellerin, Ministre de la Culture est la principale personne en France à connaître la réalité concernant BRAMSTOCKER, un groupe qui fut le premier à Nice en termes de notoriété et de légende contrariée par un manque d’organisation commerciale et de soutien populaire.

Madame le Ministre,
j’ai l’honneur de vous demander une enquête concernant mon groupe BRAMSTOCKER qui fut l’objet d’une impossiblité de carrière en France.
Créé en 1977, à Nice par moi-même et trois autres muiciens, BRAMSTOCKER devait à l’époque signer avec les Disques TREMA après avoir joué au Golf-Drouot. Nous avions enregistré plusieurs chansons au Studio du Vigilant, sous la direction de Pierre Demerlé et la production fut effectuée par l’ingénieur du son Jimmy Lecat. Par ailleurs, nous avions organisé avec le groupe DENTIST le premier concert Punk à Nice, au bar du Galopin, au port, un grand succès que nous avons renouvelé pour plusieurs concerts. Nous venions d’obtenir notre Bac et la carrière que nous aurions pu entreprendre dans le Show Biz s’annonçait prometteuse.
Mais TREMA, maintenant un label détenu par UNIVERSAL Music , refusa de nous signer et nous fûmes contraints de renoncer à sortir notre premier 45 tours dans la maison de disques de Michel Sardou. Après le Golf-Drouot où notre prestation a été remarquée et devenue légendaire selon certains, nous avons dû rentrer à Nice bredouille. Jimmy Lecat avait négocié avec TREMA et nous avait fait signer d’abord avec une petite maison d’édition à Paris mais en pure perte.
Près de 40 ans plus tard, à Nice, notre groupe est un sujet tabou. J’ai pu le constater depuis 4 ans, à l’occasion de mon retour en France. Diplômé de l’Institut d’études politiques de Paris que j’ai rejoint après l’échec de mon groupe, titulaire de la promotion 1981 alors que François Mitterrand accédait à la Présidence de la République. Docteur en Sciences de l’information de l’Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas depuis 1999, je suis un ancien Attaché d’administration centrale avec 15 ans d’ancienneté à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations que j’ia quitté en 2002 pour émigrer en Amérique dont je suis revenu avec la nationalité américaine pour hériter de ma tante Jacqueline Haim-Vittone, née Lucienne Haim, ancienne supporter de BRAMSTOCKER, décédée en 2011 et me laissant en héritage un appartement situé à Nice, 10, avenue Notre-Dame où je réside toujours actuellement.
Je m’étonne qu’après avoir créé ma société POST-SCRIPTUM à la Chambre de Commerce de Nice en novembre 2011, je n’ai pu depuis 4 ans trouver aucun véritable partenariat ni clientèle réelle dans le domaine de la musique et du cinéma. En Californie, j’ai rejoint la Screen Actors Guild en 2005 et créé ma LLC la même année (Timeframes LLC) pour produire le film FRENCH COP et son spinoff le GERMAN SPY qui restent toujours en projets. En 2003, lors de mon arrivée, je souhaitais faire carrière dans la musique mais j’ai pu remarquer le manque d’intérêt des américains que j’ai cotoyé. Est-ce lié à BRAMSTOCKER ? Je le suppose.
Déjà en 2000, à Paris, alors que je venais de m’inscrire au Parti Socialiste dans la section du XXe arrondissement aux côtés de David Assouline et du Maire Michel Charzat, j’ai recréé mon groupe BRAMSTOCKER avec un nouveau Line-Up ouvert à de nombreux musiciens et j’ai pu remarquer, malgré des dizaines de nouvelles chansons composées par moi (je suis sociétaire de la SACEM depuis l’origine) que les maisons de disques n’étaient pas intéressées. Pourquoi ? Pourquoi laisser un groupe et son potentiel sur la touche après tant d’années ? Nous devons être connus dans le métier. Nous étions Punks, un genre venu d’Angleterre et peu apprécié en France, nous concurrencions Plastic Bertrand et son tube Ca Plane Pour Moi, nous devions déplaire aux vétérans du Rock français comme Johnny Halliday et Dick Rivers., un autre niçois.
A mon retour à Nice, après un tour d’horizon en 2011 où je me suis aperçu que mêmes les membres de mon groupe étaient distants et semble-t-il, eux aussi victimes d’une certaine ségrégation culturelle, j’ai décidé en 2012 de trouver de nouveaux musiciens pour organiser un nouveau concert comme le Galopin mais après avoir trouvé le club Stacatto, dans le vieux-Nice, le batteur qui est aussi celui des Electric Mormons, a déclaré forfait, sans véritable raison et le concert fut annulé.
De retour en 2014 avec la chanson SILLY, enregistrée en studio et distribuée en CD à près d’une centaine d’exemplaires à des spectateurs du club Rock Le Volume subventionné par les pouvoirs publics locaux, j’ai pu constater que personne ne m’avait rappelé ou envoyé un email. Ce silence surprenant et suspect fut également celui de dizaines de labels auxquels j’ai envoyé en janvier ma chanson par email, sans aucune réponse de leur part.

Mon groupe est-il sur liste noire ? Ce serait contraire à la déclaration des droits de l’homme et du citoyen. Présent au MIDEM 2015, en votre présence, j’ai pu distribuer également une douzaine de CDs à des professionnels de différents pays qui ne m’ont jamais recontacté depuis.

Contemporains des Sex Pistols en Angleterre, notre musique choque peut-être au moment où je viens d’enregistrer 12 nouveaux titres pour Youtube et l’album en préparation President of the States mais c’est une injustice de nous tenir rigueur de notre caractère alternatif pour nous censurer commercialement.
Je suis connu sur l’Internet pour mon prosélytisme et ma grande convivialité, facteur de notoriété personnelle liée à mon œuvre littéraire (Velvet Eyes). J’ai du souffrir de l’échec de mon groupe depuis 77 pour rester à l’écart de 2011 à 2015 en France, à Nice, alors que je suis plus disponible que jamais. Aucun média, aucun concert. J’accuse une loi du silence qui me paraît incompréhensible. Je vous demande d’ouvrir une investigation à ce sujet car la culture a besoin de liberté et BRAMSTOCKER mérite de sortir son premier album commercial, sans plus attendre, en France et aux Etats-Unis.
